Frequently Asked Questions
1. For how long may I test SpeNak freight exchange?
You can use the exchange for up to 30 days immediately following your registration.
2. Do I have to pay any fee after the trial period?
Only if you want to continue using it. Otherwise, after 30 days, your usage will be automatically blocked by the program.
3. What do I need to do to keep accessing the exchange after my
trial period is over?
All you need to do is either call us or e-mail us. SpeNak will send you the contract. Once you receive the contract, all you need to do is put your company
stamp on it and sign it. As soon as we receive the proper paper work, we will reactivate you in the system.
4. When can I start using the exchange again?
From the day you decide to keep using the exchange and complete the required
procedures.
5. How much is SpeNak’s subscription?
It is 228 Euro per year.
6. Do I need to pay anything in addition to the subscription fee?
No, we only ask for the flat fee. There will be no other charges.
7. How can I pay for the SpeNak subscription?
We will send you our bank information. For now, we only accept cash payments.
8. Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, we will send an invoice to every SpeNak member.
9. In what countries does Spenak freight & vehicle exchange
operate?
We operate in all European and Middle Eastern countries. Since the beginning of
2008, we gained membership from 45 countries.
10. In how many languages do you serve & in what languages are you
planning to serve in the future?
Since 2008 we are published in 14 different languages. As of December 2009, we will be publishing in Hungarian, Greek & Dutch.
11. Do you have SpeNak Exchange Regulations?

12. May I enter the Spenak freight & vehicle exchange even if I don't
accept the rules during the registration process?
No. Every single member needs to accept the regulations during the registration
process, otherwise, access will not be granted by the program.
13. My company has branches in different cities and/ or countries.
Can we use the exchange in different branches?
Spenak subscription fees are only applicable in one branch. You will have to pay subscription fees for each branch.
14. How many users can we register in one branch?
A maximum of 5 users can be registered in one branch. After the 5th user, each extra
user will cost 15 Euros more.
15. I would like to advise you about your practice. Where can I send
