SpeNak Freight Exchange screens it's members in detail!
SpeNak load & truck exchange collaborates with private audit units to assure it's customers submissions. Newly registered members are getting checked by these units in detail before entering our database. In a word, a company that wants to become a member of our exchange will be checked economically and commercially. In our ex-post evaluation, in addition to the credit check, we calso onsider the applicant's experience in the sector, as well as their prestige. The other important part is the applicant’s establishment period and it's success level during this period. This is why we only allow firms which have been operating in the transportation field for at least six months.
But SpeNak’s quality control is not finished there. SpeNak continues to monitor new member's credibility and moral behavior during offer entries, and even after the membership process is completed. To help us adhere to our promise, we request that you inform us about other companies misusage of the exchange. We will suspend any member who does not obey the exchange procedures and/ or does not pay the appropriate usage fee.

Authorization will be granted within two business days by exchange employees once we receive the documents.
The procedure we follow:
• Checking the authenticity of the faxed material • Checking the validity of the company by phone • Obtaining community verification about this firm’ payments by checking references.
SpeNak reserves the right to approve or reject the firm for exchange security. Approval of the firm means that the company has been running its operations actively in the sector for at least six months. However, its trustfulness about the financial payments can not be guaranteed.
